August Student/Parent/Teacher Conferences:
How to Sign Up for a Time Slot

Conference Dates:

• Thursday, August 15th - AS (Afternoon Only)
• Friday, August 16th & Monday, August 19th - All Levels

We hope you will hold these dates on your calendar as it can be taxing to our faculty to accommodate requests for conferences outside of the times we have preserved for this purpose. Thank you!

SIGNING UP FOR YOUR CONFERENCE
The conference scheduler (pickAtime.com) will open on Monday, July 22nd, at 10 AM. Add this event to your calendar.

RETURNING USERS
Use the same login credentials that you set up in pickAtime.com previously. If you forgot your password, reset it here. We cannot reset your password for you.

NEW LOGAN FAMILIES: HOW TO SET UP YOUR ACCOUNT
Use this link to create a login and follow the instructions:

• Enter your email address and push "Login/Create Account".
• Fill in the required fields and register. Leave the ID field blank.
• Create only one account for your family. As parents/guardians, if you require separate conferences, please create your own account and schedule your own conference.

*****Slots are filled on a first come, first served basis so please make sure you are all set to sign up when the conference scheduler opens on July 22nd at 10 AM.*****

HOW TO SCHEDULE YOUR CONFERENCE

• Log in. 
• Select the box next to your child's teacher's name. The schedule of available times for the selected teacher will be displayed.
• Each colored square represents an available meeting time. The legend displays which teacher corresponds to which color and the times are arranged from AM to PM as you go down the page.
• Click on a square to schedule a time.
• Click on “Create Appointment.”
• Repeat these steps until you have scheduled a time with each of your teachers.

OTHER

• Click on the “Printable Schedule” link in the top right corner to get a hard copy of your schedule.
• You have the option to email your schedule to yourself.
• To make changes to your schedule picks, click on the “Your Schedule” link, OR you can log in at any other time with your email and password.
