The Logan School Strategic Planning 2024-2025

Over the next year, The Logan School community will come together to dream about our school's future. We will ask ourselves: How can we continue cultivating our gifted learners' curiosities through learning experiences that inspire a lifelong love of learning? How will we nurture an ever-expanding culture of belonging, embracing the diversity reflected in our identities? What will our campus look like in 5 years? 10 years? How can we build a school that is ready to embrace new opportunities?

Our Vision, Values & Long-Term Goals

In the coming months, our students, families, staff, alumni, and the Board of Trustees will share their visionary ideas through interviews, "family think tanks", and community meetings. With your help and insight, our Strategic Planning Design Team  will synthesize these aspirations, shaping priorities and initiatives that will light the way for Logan’s future—one that thrives in the present, is continually evolving, and remains forward-looking. The Logan School is and will continue to be a school full of possibilities, where the power of community is reflected in our vision, values, and long-term goals.

Through this year-long endeavor, we will partner with Leadership+Design and stakeholders across our community. This process will be robust and all-encompassing, with many touchpoints along the way.
